For the past 4 years I have always been conscience of the amount of plastic used to package some of our products. I always look for ways to "rethink" our packaging processes in hopes of reducing plastic. As of the Summer of 2021, I am happy to announce that all plastic used to package your products are either 100% compostable, 100% biodegradable, or 100% recyclable. I have also stopped shrink wrapping certain products in plastic, like our Artisan Soaps and Bath Truffles. There are some products that still require plastic for their protection in the shipping process. Below are some examples in which we have changed our ways to make sure any use of plastic in our packaging is eco-friendly:
- Bath Bombs, Bubble Bars, Shower Steamers: The shrink wrap used to protect these products is biodegradable.
- Bath Truffles & Shower Steamers: The bags used to hold these products are compostable.
- Body Butters & Sugar Scrubs: The containers are recyclable. Or you can reuse these containers to hold any trinkets around your house. (They're especially helpful to hold things like nails, screws, and other small pieces in a workroom!)
